I'd like to have an Auto-Attendant ask a caller to enter their ticket number in order to be connected to an agent. The integration would need to pull over ticket number and ticket status from Syncro MSP. The Syncro MSP API does provide that info, along with other customer specific info.
Thanks for following up on this. I'd like an API integration with Syncro MSP that can actively pull ticket numbers and ticket status. When a customer calls, I'd like to ask them to enter their ticket number, then make routing decisions based on weather or not there's an open ticket.
@matt - I am following up on this task to learn a little bit more about your intent. Are you looking for a specific integration with Syncro MSP? Or, are you asking for the ability to create a dynamic IVR entry? So that someone calling in could be prompted "Press 1 for..." and "Press 2 for...", but have that list of options be dynamically generated?
