Activate Limited Extensions

It would be great to be able to activate limited extensions when creating them.

The kitchen and breakroom phone don't need an email address assigned to them which means I end up assigning my own and I have to manually click on each email and activate them myself.

We have hundreds of sites with phones like this and it is a major pain.
