Allow a site manager to have limited control over a site's IVR (without giving them admin privileges over the entire account)
Specifically close the site for the day or implement an inclement weather announcement in-lieu of the main menu.
Hi, I am aware of custom roles, however, it doesn't seem possible to create a custom role for only one site. It would be nice to give local IT support admin permissions for only 1 site and not company-wide admin permissions.
I can somewhat implement this with call queue managers and user groups.
I lack the ability to give control of the site rules or IVRs to a site admin.
An example of the benefit of this would be during inclement weather.
It would be nice if a site admin could override the sites rules and send calls to an inclement weather menu during such an event, instead of calling into HQ to have this done.
