Caller ID for every extension

I would like for separate caller ID for everyone in the company to make it a personal touch for our clients.

We also have different companies and would like to have different caller id to show for that other company also.

We have 3 different numbers we use. need to modify caller ID's for our team when the calls gets in. So we know what number was called. For now I can set a Queu and that doesn't give us an option for a receptionist

Allow to change default outbound caller ID to direct number instead of main company number.

Adding a user defaults the outbound calling ID to be the main company number. I want everyone's outbound number to be their own direct number. There should be a way to make it default to their own number rather than the main company number so that...
