Have the cell phone mobile app ring when a call is forwarded to the line

For some reason when the cell phone app no longer rings when a call was forwarded to me from another user. this is creating a lot of issues, it worked perfectly till the mobile phone app was retired and we had to switch to the consolidated app. When I forward my phone to my assistant and if she is not in the office she dose not receive the calls that ring on my line if I am busy. this needs to be fixed - Larry Arnason - Action Insurance Group
