Call Handling and Forwarding Merged

I would like the call handling to have an option to ring the desktop/mobile app second. Right now the only option is to ring it first.

    I agree as we use desktop phones for our main answering device, but if I don't pick up I want it to go to my mobile app next. Currently I have to have it go to my cell number. Also the desktop and mobile app should be a separate setting to where you want your calls. Not both at once.
