RingCentral Phone App and Unified App Call Queue search/contact parity

The RingCentral Phone app allows you to search for Call Queues by name or extension when transferring or making a call. Receptionists searching for a Call Queue to transfer calls cannot find Call Queues by name or extension.

Alternative is to import contacts for each user manually.

Add capability to search call queues from the Unified App like the phone app

We can't search our call queues from the Unified app like we could with the phone app. Can this feature be added back as we call our other offices frequently.
