Customer wanted to stop the ringing when another call came in even though they are already engage on a call and automatically route it to voicemail
There needs to be a way to route calls when busy. Either to voicemail or to another extension. My old DOS system routing system even had that back in the day. This needs to be implemented on all apps and phone systems.
They can turn on DND while they are on a call but it's not automatic
