"Add to Left Sidebar" Shortcuts & "Set Landing Page to..."

It's very aggravating not having a quick shortcut on the left sidebar area to access "Messages", and/or being unable to set my startup landing page to our Team Chat group. This would definitely benefit the app and it's users; not having to navigate every time they want to toggle between pages or open the app each day.

  It looks like the messaging shortcut has been turned off for your account. This is what my app looks like, it has a messaging shortcut at the top left.

I would like to see an option to change the default startup view for the RingCentral Windows app (i.e. - to be able to start it in HUD Extensions view, rather than messages view).
