Confirmation beep when call transfer is complete Merged
Currently when a call is transferred from one user to another, there is no way of knowing when the transfer has been completed and when to start talking to the caller.
This can lead to longer silences for the caller, or missing the first half of the greeting.
On our old system there was a small beep or click so you knew exactly when the transfer had been made and when to start talking.
I've had several people in my company ask about this. It would be extremely helpful and seems like an easy fix.
