IVR option to play just an audio file

If we had an option on the IVR designer to play just an audio file then we could place that before a menu so that pressing # or * replays the menu but not the greeting. For example, audio file played when call is answered says "Hello and thank you for calling XYZ", the following menu then routes to departments. If the callers selects to replay the menu they do not have to hear "Thank you for calling xyz", which is just untidy. It would also allow audio files to be grabbed from outside of the IVR structure (using java etc) to make a more dynamic system.
