Longer Voicemail Length

We have some users that need to be able to accept longer voicemails (in particular our help desk that needs people to be able to record detailed descriptions of their problem). It would be useful to us to allow for at least certain users to be able to accept longer voicemails.

    A per-user (or extension) voicemail duration setting, to increase the eligible voicemail length (or even decrease it) would be a fantastically helpful feature.

    As a physician it is routine for us to need a VM longer than 3 mins when we sign out on patients to the oncoming physician.
