When making the Ring For settings on a user's account the options don't work like they are described. In our case most users have a physical phone and a desktop app, and setting the app to Ring For 0 rings for 0 seconds does NOT do that. Worse, any setting other than 0/0 results in the physical phone ringing after a delay, but 3/15 (and all higher settings) does not. What's up with that? lol
The real action of these settings may be revealed in the Admin section of the mobile app, where the description of this same setting is quite different.
Please fix the web Admin settings to reflect how this really works, or make it work the way the description indicates.
