Add setting to allow RC desktop app to run in the background at startup

To receive messaging, the app needs to run, but it does not need to run in the foreground upon computer login. Please add a setting option to be able to start the program in the tray area. MS Teams has this option and it is very useful.

Hello everyone, this is available in app now. Please ensure you are on the latest version of the app for this functionality.

Change how the RingCentral app launches upon startup in desktop app under Settings - General - Launch app at startup.

Start RC app minimized option on system startup

There's an option to enable/disable the RC app to be started when Windows starts, but it would help to have the option for RC to start minimized when it starts together with Windows
