Allow RC Phone app on mobile devices to be set to ring AFTER deskphones Merged
Give the RC Phone app for mobile devices the ability to be set to ring AFTER a desk phone. Some users would prefer the ability to tell their desk phone to ring a few times first, before the call is then sent to the app on their mobile phone. This would cut down on distractions at the users desk. At times, the app will continue to ring even after the desk line has been picked up, requiring the user to silence their device to continue their call.
Giving the app the ability to be set AFTER a set amount of rings would allow users a greater level of control over their call flow.
This is an important feature as we don't want to use cell phones at the business location unless the person is not at their desk and off site. When the employee is in house they should be using their desk phones.
