Hi. Before joining RingCentral, I asked whether you had a queue system for customers (basically informing customers their queue position number whilst waiting on the phone line). However, upon joining this option was not available. Going forward, this option will be a requirement for our company. Merged

Please inform me whether this could be added and if not which Company offer it. Thank you
