Fix Call Queue Manager View of Emergency Addresses

When a new user is created and assigned as a Call Queue Manager they are able to see a full list of all of the emergency addresses on the account. The list is presented as a drop down when they are asked to input their own emergency address.

Customers have concerns around this now that everyone is working at home because the Call Queue Managers can see all of the home addresses from people within the business.


A case was previously raised by the project engineer for this customer and support said to raise a feature request.
