Part of running a Sales team is auditing and coaching. We use text messaging to connect to customers. The issue is we cannot see our Sales staff text histoy on the admin panel. This would be very helpful for auditing purpuses to make sure staff are using best practice. This would be similar to listening to phones calls to coach staff.
Please imlemet this feature so we do not have to use a third party texting system.
