We would like for forwarded calls to ring on the RingCentral mobile app. These calls worked fine through the "RC Phone" app but have since stopped after a forced update to the "RingCentral" mobile app.
With the way our call flow is configured, we cannot use the suggested workaround and set these calls up to come through a call queue.
