There should be a configuration switch available for every extension to block ALL recordings associated with that extension - Inbound/Outbound INTERNAL calls and Inbound/Outbound EXTERNAL calls.
The problem is while my extension is set to NOT record any calls (see attached screenshot), if I call an internal extension that is set to record incoming calls a recording is made (see second screenshot). Can this issue be overcome?
