Show name insetad of phone number when new attendee joins meeting

Name is not showing while being in the meeting when we join meeting through phone call "by giving call on meeting number entering meeting ID, it's only showing the phone number of attendee "

The participent is not able to indentify that who has joined this meeting.

RC should ask for name to register in the meeting to display the same as participent after dialing the meeting phone number and then meeting ID.
