Texts should go to multiple users

We have to choose a user to receive texts to the main number. I would like multiple people in the office to see the texts, as I have multiple people who handle customer requests.

    This needs to happen as soon as possible! It's very basic and should be an easy fix. Lets get on this team!

    I am very disappointed that this is not an option. We switched from grasshopper to ringcentral but may have to go back because this is very inconvenient.

    Agreed! Why is this NOT an option?! I do not work 24/7, I have other users that need to handle texts when I am not working. Why can't this be changed?!

Allow text messages to be received by multiple users
