Enable MS Teams presence to be reflected in the RC app Merged

92% of UK business have access to a MS Teams for Meetings.

The RC app presence will be much more useful, if it reflects when a user is in a MS Teams meeting, in addition to the RC on-call presence.


This could be achieved by

  • Identifying whether the Mic is in use on another app

  • Grabbing the Teams meeting status at an app level.

    If you sync RC and your Outlook Calendar, your RC status will mimic your Teams status when you are in a booked meeting
