Be able to leave a pre-recorded voicemail as soon as you hear a "beep" and move on to your next call. In other words, make outbound call and instead of waiting for someone to pick; drop an automated or prerecorded message for the second party to call you back, while you move on to your next dial up call.

Need this ASAP. Outplay had it and it's a huge time saver.
I have seen this feature from Twilio before. Implementing this shouldn't be too hard for a company as big as RingCentral. https://www.twilio.com/docs/studio/widget-library/sayplay
I 100% Agree with the previous comment, this is a must-have and definitively needs to happen ASAP.
This is now a must-to-have feature in a phone system. You should not tag it as a future consideration. We need it ASAP!
3 Years and this still isn't available???
Something tells me that RingCentral isn't reading our comments. As much we want this feature, I have no expectations they'll even follow up here.
Outbound Automatic Voicemail Drop
I vote yes for this especially when we make hundreds of outbound calls. May I know by when this will be implemented?
I also vote yes! I imagine many thousands of recruiters and telemarketers would love a feature like this!! To make it most effective, I suggest that RingCentral allows the automated voicemail drops to be personalized with everyone’s first name. Please see my ideas below:
The RingCentral user would pre-record the first names of everyone in their database one time in their own voice. These first name recordings would be stored either in the user’s RingCentral phone system or their CRM system (e.g. PC Recruiter).
The RingCentral user would separately pre-record the generic voicemail that they want to use for their calling rollup one time in their own voice.
When the RingCentral user hears the “beep” at the end of its prospect’s answering machine, the user presses a button in RingCentral that drops the personalized voicemail to save time and preserve quality. In this case, RingCentral’s software would automatically piece together numbers 1 and 2 above, so that the prospect’s first name from the user’s database/calling rollup gets put together with the user’s generic voicemail, so every voicemail message dropped is personalized.
Below are a couple of examples to illustrate:
“John”, “This is Paul from MRINetwork, I’m calling to follow up on the candidate I emailed you about yesterday. Please call me back at (555) 555-5555 when you get this message.”
“Mike”, “This is Paul from MRINetwork, I’m calling to follow up on the candidate I emailed you about yesterday. Please call me back at (555) 555-5555 when you get this message.”
Does anyone here know if RingCentral, PC Recruiter, or another company is currently working on a feature like this for dropping pre-recorded personalized voicemails?
Do we have an update or estimated time when this will be ready?
We desperately need this feature. Our CRM integration with RingCentral is becoming increasingly difficult without it. Other providers make this available. PLEASE implement this!

Everyone else has this and if they can beat your price, I will switch, please keep up with the times.
Voicemail drop would be phenomenal to have for our new Business Development Center I launched this year. Please add!!!
Any updates on this feature? This would be great for our sales floor.
Any word on a timeline for implementing this? People have been requesting this feature for years (at least since 2017)!
This would be ideal for my team as they talk to customers in rural areas and get voicemails often!
Have this request coming from Grant Cardone author of "The 10X Rule" our execs favourite sales book, if this guy sees value in it, there must be.. Let's see if we can get it in..
You have the technology to deliver this SIMPLE feature to your clients with no more than a few code lines. I am looking forward to your quick response.
yes, please, along with hundreds of other users. We are all considering moving to more integrated systems that include this feature.
We would love this feature!
Yes please!
