With large organizations, 10000 contacts is nowhere near enough to support the amount of contacts we would like to sync into RingCentral for the Caller ID. This limit is arbitrarily low and should be raised.
10,000 contacts is not enough. We need this changed ASAP. It is impacting the business by not being able to receive and edit the call log. Please try & fix this immediately -
We need these ASAP, we keep adding about 1000 contact a months and we are greatly impacted by the lack of this feature.

I agree. We would like to have more than 10k. This is negatively impacting our business and service
10k contacts is so small.. Not only should this be increased, the contacts should be COMPANY wide instead of per user. Makes no sense and makes us have to sync contacts in our database with 8+ users doing the same thing 8x over is silly.
