Enable display of scheduled meetings in desktop app

Current situation

Currently when in the separate external 'Meetings' and app we schedule a meeting for a future time that meeting shows under the 'Meetings' tab at the bottom of the screen. Clicking on a meeting shows the full details and information about that meeting - including the ability to download a '*.ICS' file.

New desktop app and problem

The new RC desktop app (formally called 'Glip') allows you to schedule meetings but after that they are not shown anywhere.

The RC official line is to link your RC account to 'MS Outlook' or 'Google Calendar' to keep track of scheduled meetings but my company does not use either of these. We use 'HCL Notes' (formally 'IBM Lotus Notes') which has it's own calendar function. This is a very well used software that includes email, calendar and custom databases.

I know you can download an *.ICS file but involves multiple steps to load into our Notes calendar and if we forget to do it the meeting details are lost forever, even if the meeting is actually scheduled.

Request

We would like all scheduled meetings in the 'RC' desktop app to show below the icons where you can create new meetings or schedule future ones - just as the external app does now.

When you click on the meeting it's details are shown just as if it has just been created - including the ability to download a '*.ICS' file.

Until this functionality is replicated we can't move completely to the new desktop app.

Agreed this needs to be fixed ASAP. I have senior company managers that are not happy about this feature not being present.

this function has now been eliminated entirely in the most recent RC desktop meetings app. Users can no longer see or change ANY scheduled meetings from within the app. PLEASE FIX.

This works in the mobile app. It should work on the desktop application. Please fix this.
