Permit notifications when app is focused (new RC mutes when app in focus)

Old RC would provide sound notifications even if your app was focused. You could be ative in a team, and still receive sound notifications for other teams. Now, you do not get any sound notifications if the app is focused - it NEEDS to be out of focus / not active in order to get sound notifications.

    Great news! This feature has been implemented. To show notifications when the app is in the foreground, navigate to Setting > Notifications and sounds > and then toggle the switch highlighted below

Notifications not sounding

When having other windows open, I am not receiving any notifications/sounds to alert me when I have a message. This makes it really difficult as this is how we communicate for work.
