Number instead of red dot for Windows desktop app chat notification
Instead of seeing how many new messages were received, it just shows a red dot in the RC Taskbar icon. Could we please have the option to make that a number again?

Red bubble with number of missed messages over icon instead of just the red dot on the task bar when there are unread messages/voicemails. Also red bubble numbers that stay next to the category of missed messages from group/person or phone instead...

I strongly agree, I had to switch to the new RingCentral app today and this is a huge inconvenience. I would love to see the number in the dot again!
