Mark text messages, voicemails, missed call notifications as unread
I'd like to be able to read text messages but still be able to mark them unread if for example I read a text but I am not able to reply until later that day. Marking it unread would make it bold again so that I know to see it again and it won't get lost among the read ones. I can't seem to figure out how to do this.

Mark texts so texts you need to come back to can be found easily and not "lost".

Similar to "pinning" the message like Apple can, or marking it unread so you can come back to it later. I understand you can mark a text unread in the phone app, but can't on the desktop version (why?)

this is very important. Please get this done to mark unread for desktop
This is definitely needed. We have more than one person working in a department and sometimes the text are for the other person. So being able to make it back unread would make this system work superb. This is already an option on under the fax where we can make it unread. Please do the same thing for text messages.

In our small organization, we have several people, all remote, covering incoming texts on shifts throughout the day. We need to be able to mark a message as unread, if it was meant for a colleague. Risk Central understands the value of this feature: they have it in the iPhone app. But they don't have it in the desktop or Android versions. Please vote this one up!
