requesting to use authenticator apps when logging in to the Ringcentral for the 1st time. Aside from the security code sent via email, it would be easier if we can approve/ confirm the access via an app on mobile or computer.

MFA through an app is one of the basic necessities and some cyber insurance companies won't even insure you if you do not have a safe MFA method. Email is soon to become another outdated way to authenticate.
This feature is not just a good idea but I think given the cyber security issues that are ramping up in today's world, it is becoming must have. Many other companies now have in place 2 factor authentication based on apps and not relying on things like emails or sms which if an Active Directory account is compromised, then so will be the Ring Central account. If this can be considered as an improvement, would be great.
