Currently, customers have to copy and paste data from the QoS portal for each incident. Preferably, they would want to download the data.

Hello RC friends, currently we have to comb through data call-by-call when researching trouble reports for Ring calls, and we are looking to RC to help us be more efficient and support poor quality calls and packet loss more readily. Let us know what you need to make this happen as soon as possible?
This would be a huge help for our UC team. Currently, when researching any types of QoS reports in our Enterprise, we must comb through call reports one by one, manually aggregating the data. To have the ability to export all QoS/MOS information for all calls in a designated time period would be extremely helpful and save our team(s) hours of work.
