Prevent the need for extensions or virtual extensions to be activated to appear in the Company directory in the all-in-one Ringcentral mobile app
This is how it is in the old app RC Phone, previous functionality must be restored. Virtual extensions and phones in common areas have no need to be activated from a user point of view.
Just created a case for this because the company owner mistakenly changed the text from number from the main company to that weird/useless softphone number/extension and clients were extremely confused. To add, that there are 2 records in text messages for each client.
