Add New User to Discussion without Creating New Discussion
Currently, when adding another user to an existing ad hoc discussion, it creates a new discussion. The problem is all the history from the discussion is lost. A better option is to add the new user into the existing discussion.

In order to retain conversation history, you must turn the discussion into a Team. To do this, click the three dots on the upper right corner of the discussion and choose "Convert to team". Once this is done, you will be able to add a new member and the history will be visible to them.
