Send Text messages to people outside of RingCentral

I would like to send text messages to people that don't use RingCentral to alert them for instance when an appointment is planned and the date is near.

    Hi, is it possible to have an update on this, i don't think it is possible in Europe.

    I think it was only available in the US, it is also available in Europe right ?

    Yes to the previous comment. You can already use your RingCentral Phone or App to send a text message to any phone number.

    That's already a thing. You can send text messsages (SMS) to any phone number from the Desktop App, the Web App, whatever.
