Honestly. My team went with another texting platform because of the ease of access and simple time savers like templates.

2 years in queue. Any progress with this? This feature would benefit everyone.
Would love to see this become a reality! Interfacing with customers all the time and just need a drop-down menu with pre-typed replies to choose from. Would save SO MUCH TIME!!
