Custom Display Name for Call Queues

There are currently 7 default display options to display to agents answering call queueus. Phone Number, Queue Name, Caller ID, etc.


It would be great if we could cusomtize what is displayed to the agent while maintinging to call queue name on the backend for reporting purposees.
