We need to increase maximum amount of simultaneous forwarding. As of right now, we are limited on how many can be on the list at once and it forces us to input each name and number daily.
Yes, This NEEDS to be implemented. We have to create a brand new phone and its own Custom Rules to even get more cell phones to work on the system.
This is when on the RingCentral MVP Mobile App, the Call Handling Setting cannot be used anymore since there are more than 10 call forwarding external phone numbers saved. Phone numbers cannot be turned on and off.
