In the old RC app, we were able to remove company contacts ourselves. Now we have to ask Support to do it, which may take 5-7 days, and in the meantime the contact being removed can still see our interactions!
I need to remove all my contacts for specific extension
We have two former employees who appear in Company contacts in the Ring Central Desktop App and RingCentral Mobile App although they have been deleted as Users. No option to delete them and I was told support can't delete them either. I don't believe they are able to "see" anything.
