I'm quite surprised this feature is not available and it was one of the main reasons I upgraded my account.
I need to be able to organize my customers into different lists and be able to send them mass emails.
let's say I have 100 customers and I want the following with some overlap:
1.) Master list of all 100
2.) List of customers who use massage services, maybe 42 numbers
3.) List of customers who use acupuncture services, maybe 88 numbers
4.) list of customers who use our IV services, maybe 12 numbers.
I desperately need the ability to be able to send mass texts like this and thought ring central had the functionality. Pretty sure rep told me I could on phone.
Please let me know asap if this is a feature we could work in and a timeline.
