User would like to have the option to do Call forwarding from User to User using the RC Unified app. Call forwarding works in RC Phone - but users are migrating all their member in using RC App (Unified).

I want internal call forwarding. many of our users relied on this previous to our move to Ring Central.
Not exactly. You can't call forward to someone within the same system as you, only external numbers. For example, we have a team leader who wants all their calls to be forwarded to a teammate while on PTO, but internal call forwarding isn't allowed. Errors in Ringcentral when doing so.
I put in a tech support request . The said that call forwarding is only
allowed in the Phone app (Blue Phone). It is not supported in the
RingCentral app. I am talking about the mobile phone apps, not desktop
apps. Said a work around is a call queue but that is not practical for
people out on vacation.
Need people using cell phone app to get calls to ring to them.
Thanks for this, I think we need a little more detail, as call forwarding is possible in the Unified App.
