Caller ID label

When any phone call comes through RingCentral, it would be nice to have the phone ringing say "RingCentral" because we use our personal phones as work phones, it would be great to have that distinction

    Hello there!


    You can use Incoming Call Information feature that you can add numbers before (pre-appended) or after (post-appended) the incoming number to help you identify the call.

i would like to know when my cell phone rings if the caller dialed my ring central number or if they are calling my personal number

Hope that in the feature even all calls are forwarded to External number we still have option to add Special number to know if the call from RingCentral or not
