Live call count dashboards for users, maybe on HUB. When employees have call counts they have to meet daily they really need to able to see their own live metrics.

A typical use case scenario explaining how your business would use the feature: Customer can go to Analytics Portal>Live REports, then have 2 tabs, one for CAll Queues and one for Users, so that they can monitor individual users real-time as well.
