We would like to be able to export the call path for calls to our Corporate call queue. I can view the call path in the performance reports, under Calls, but when I try to export to excel the call path information is not being exported.
Is there a way to export that information?
We need to allocate costs to the offices that are letting calls forward to our corporate call queue.
Admin Portal>Reports>Analytics>Performance Reports>Calls>sory by Queue Calls>select Corporate>click blue arrow to display call path
