We need a queue of two phones to ring simultaneously then, if not answered in time, ring a queue of four phones simultaneously. I'm told there is an "Overflow" that can be setup on the back end, but we would prefer the settings be available on the front end, so that we can modify them without a support ticket.
Absolutely agree! This is imperative to ensuring service delivery.
We urgently need the option of a queue which rings 4 extensions simultaneously then going to an overflow queue.
Forwarding to a second queue instead of overflow is no good because the originating call queue name is then not displayed to the end user.
