Setup Speed Dial to External numbers from within the App (Presence) Merged

Where you add speed dials in the app, we should be able to add external numbers as well.

    This would be beneficial. Speed dials to external. Speed dial "Wife's Mobile" "Accountant's Mobile" etc..
