I have had some customers complaining that they are getting lots of email notifications about the declined user sign up for RCV Pro. They would like the ability to have the sign up attempts rejected but for this to not generate an email (ability to turn off the notifications) and would like to be able to select who the notifications go to if they turned them back on.
Fix this crap or i'm cancelling my service.. I signed up with a proton.me email account and now every single time someone with a proton.me account signs up i get an email.. It's unbelievably annoying to get 5-10 emails a day from you with no way to turn it off. I'm going to give you a few days to fix this then i'm canceling my service.
This has also been a big hastle to our company too. I understand why we get these e-mails and we have tried to educate our users that they don't need to send sign up invitations when they send meeting invitations, but we're still getting thse e-mail notifications. I know we could add these users to RingCentral with free, extension only accounts to mitigate this problem, but then we have another list of employees we have to manage when we add new employees or employees leave. So being able to manage who get these e-mails, if anyone, would be a great benefit.
