Reduce prompt played to 1 time in general IVR setting before its transferred to an extension. We work with older clients and for them to listen to prompt three times and wait to get to an extension is painful

    Or be nice to set the option so prompt can be used as a temporary message without too much user intervention to connect to say main IVR. Planned to use it for holiday closures but its clunky to have user either press something to get to next menu or wait 3 times as we have older clients.
