Process "STOP" requests for SMS API

We need to be able to stop sending SMS messages to customers who reply with "STOP". We also need to ensure SMS messages are not sent to people on the federal Do Not Call list.

    This functionality exists within the high volume SMS but not normal business texting.

    This feature does not exist on the RingCentral app and would be useful and compliant with US laws.

    I wanted to follow up with you about this feature request. RingCentral's High Volume SMS (a.k.a. A2P SMS) already supports the "STOP" feature.

    Blocking calls on the Federal Do Not Call list is more complicated, because individuals may be exempted from that if they have subscribed, or have a business relationship with said company. So this is a feature companies must implement themselves.

Let SMS recipients opt out of messages by replying STOP

By law in the US, we must allow recipients to opt out of text messages. RingCentral does not have a feature to allow this. When a recipients texts STOP, they should be blocked so that the app can no longer send them a message unless they text STAR...
