Agree - an option to shorten this timeframe would eliminate confusion for callers.
This would be very beneficial to us. It would be great if it could be 0 seconds, or allow us to shorten the timeframe to a certain # of seconds. It takes 9 seconds for the phone to start ringing after our company greeting.
