More than 4 People in a call

When I try to make outbound calls, it only lets me add 4 other participants to the call. When this happens, it gives a fast busy signal and does not let me add them in. I know that there is the option to provide the callers with a conference phone number and code, but the clients I am working with are lower functioning and would not be able to keep track of the appointment information and phone number. I would like to have the capability to add anywhere from 2 - 8 people onto a single phone call.

    This is a limitation of the Polycom phone. If you use the Polycom conference phone, you can have more than a 3-way ad-hoc conference call.

    My company is looking for this functionality as well, but also using the Polycom phone. Currently we can only have a total of 3 people on a conference call using the phone.

    Yes, I am aware. Unfortunately, the clients that we are doing the call with are unable to do the call in option, so my only choice is to call each of them and merge the calls together. When I do it this way, it only lets me have 4 people and does not let me add more so I am hoping that RC will change their settings to allow more people by this route.
